Customized Executive Coaching Programs
Powered By Strategy will customize a program according to your current status and objectives. Generally, programs range from 3 to 6 months in length and consist of weekly or bi-weekly calls/meetings. Included in every program is on-going email and telephone support between calls/meetings. We will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. Our goal is to provide the "real-time" support required by each individual client executive.
Whenever necessary, Powered By Strategy will provide reports to the key stakeholders throughout the coaching relationship (the HR department, business owner or manager/sponsor). These reports consist of attendance, scheduling and overall progress. We will not violate the confidentiality that must exist between a client and their coach, however, we will encourage open dialog so the coaching client is comfortable providing personal progress reports.

On-Call Executive Coaching
We are pleased to offer on-demand, "just-in-time" coaching calls for clients who have participated in any longer-term coaching program (either a past or current program). Sometimes referred to as "Laser Coaching", these sessions are designed to support the Executive's ever-changing landscape, clearing obstacles and allowing for an immediate return to forward movement.
We understand that sometimes issues arise that distract us from our primary purpose and prevent us from succeeding each and every day. Powered By Strategy will make every effort to schedule a call within 24 hours of each request outside of the regular scheduled program.
